Wired Productions to bring Max: The Curse of Brotherhood to PS4 this Christmas

Wired Productions has announced a new partnership with Danish studio Flashbulb Games to bring the physics-based puzzle platformer Max: The Curse of Brotherhood to the PS4.

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood first released on Xbox One and PC back in December 2013, but this new partnership will see the beloved title appear on a Sony platform for the first time ever. What’s more, Wired Productions will be releasing the title worldwide both physically and digitally in time for the holiday season.

We’re absolutely thrilled to be able to finally bring the Flashbulb team’s endearing platform puzzler to the PS4 platform,” said Leo Zullo, managing director of Wired Productions.

It’s a magical game with gorgeous visuals that effortlessly combines charming old school platforming action with cunningly-designed puzzle elements. In short, we can’t wait to bring Max to a whole new host of gamers.”

Rune Dittmer, managing partner of Flashbulb Games, added:Ever since we started Flashbulb, it has been our ambition to bring our titles to as wide an audience as possible. We are very excited to bring The Curse of Brotherhood to the PS4, and for a whole new crowd of players to experience the magic of Max.”

MCV recently spoke to Flashbulb Games about its upcoming physics-based vehicle construction title Trailmakers, and how it’s channelling the creative spirit of the studio’s Max games in its open-ended gameplay.
