New round of Animal Crossing Amiibo to hit shelves in January

Nintendo has announced that the next wave of Animal Crossing Amiibo figures will be coming to stores in UK very early into 2016.

Via the Animal Crossing Twitter account (below), the platform holder revealed that the toys-to-life figures would be launching on Friday, January 29th.

Four figures have been confirmed for this new round of Amiibo – Mr Resetti, Blathers, Kicks and Celeste.

This follows the launch of two new Animal Crossing games – the 3DS title Happy Home Designer, while the Wii U game Amiibo Festival leans heavily upon Nintendo’s highly popular figures.
