You can watch 3D Blu-rays on your PS4 next week

The PS4 will get 3D Blu-ray support next week, Sony has announced.

As part of its first major update since April, the service will means users can watch 3D movies via the system, just like they can on PS3.

Xbox One is also getting 3D Blu-ray support in August’s update. That’s the latest in what has been a never-ending line of Xbox Live updates, which is Microsoft responding to initial criticism from some fans to the console’s lacklustre online service. It’s safe to say it’s not lacklustre anymore.
