Grand Theft Auto IV’s iCEnhancer mod creator quits scene due to online abuse

The creator of a hugely popular Grand Theft Auto IV mod has quit work on the project due to the torrent of vitriol he has been forced to endure online.

Hayssam Keilany recently released his 3.0 iCEnhancer update, but has said that it will be the last – for the time being at least.

Thanks to the people who downloaded and appreciated 3.0, glad you like it,” he stated. Now to other people as they seriously are making me pissed, and yeah, even If I ignore as much as I can, some of them are really pissing me off with their total non-sense and bullshit about 3.0.

So yep, that’s it. At every release it’s the same, since 1.2. People spitting on me, my work, everything I do just because people know me or whatever. That’s always nice.

I spent days, weeks, months doing 3.0, released it because I thought people would like it and stuff. If you don’t then I’m sorry, but it’s how I like my GTA. I’m going to release the installer and downgrader then I’m done for a while.

Thanks to the people who supported me and stuff, you guys are cool. No thanks for the guys trying to bring me down constantly. You guys did it after four years, I give up on haters.”
