GODSENT will play at Gfinity’s EGX CS:GO competition

GODSENT are the first team to be confirmed for the The Gfinity CS:GO Invitational brought to you by Omen by HP CS:GO tournament at EGX.

Featuring four former world champions GODSENT are expected to be one of the best European CS:GO teams over the next few months. The current roster, which features Andreas ‘znajder’ Lindberg, Markus "pronax" Wallsten, Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson, Jesper "JW" Wecksell and Robin "flusha" Rnnquist, was formed after a trade deal with Fnatic just a few weeks ago.

However the team has only played a handful of official matches, and disappointed at the StarLadder LAN this past weekend, finishing in 9th – 12th place. They certainly have the potential to do well at EGX, but they will have to fix some obvious issues before hand.

The Gfinity CS:GO Invitational brought to you by Omen by HP tournament takes place at EGX in Birmingham between September 23rd and 25th, with four of the world’s best CS:GO teams battling it out for a share of $100,000. The remaining three teams will be announced soon. On September 22nd fans attending EGX will get the chance to play on stage in the official Gfinity booths and experience what it is like to be an eSports athlete.
