Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition revealed for fall release

Moon Studio’s hit platform adventure game Ori and the Blind Forest is getting a Definitive Edition, complete with a new expansion.

Microsoft’s Larry Hryb, better known as Major Nelson, announced on Twitter that the expansion content is coming to Windows 10 and Xbox One later this year.”

Gematsu further reports that the expansion will arrive alongside a Definitive Edition of the title this fall, with Moon Studios’ Thomas Mahler confirming the news at gamescom – adding that the new version will include a lot” of new content, including extra arenas, new abilities, artwork and more.

The standard version of Ori and the Blind Forest is currently available on Xbox One and Windows PC. An Xbox 360 release is supposedly still in the works for 2015.
