Online retailer Green Man Gaming announced yesterday a new partnership with Ubisoft to integrate its Uplay PC platform.
Going forwards, players who purchase Ubisoft games on Green Man Gaming will be able to automatically redeem and add these titles to their Uplay PC library. This automatic game activation feature means players won’t need to copy their Uplay PC key to the platform’s activation page anymore, making it a more streamlined process.
This was also introduced to guarantee that the Uplay PC key remains secure as it is not shown on screen at any point and is automatically redeemed and the game added to the Uplay PC library.
Green Man Gaming CEO Paul Sulyok commented: “We are constantly looking to improve the experience of buying games for our customers. We know that the priority for any gamer is to be able to get to the game as quickly as possible without having to spend their time dealing with copying and pasting key codes, launching multiple clients and logging in to a bunch of different services.”
