NA LCS Summer Split final heads to Canada

Riot has announced that the finals of the NA LCS Summer Split will be held in Toronto, Canada on August 27th and 28th.

The Air Canada Centre will host the event that will see the top teams from the NA LCS Summer Split battle it out to become split champions, and try to secure that all important place at Worlds.

The third place playoff will take place on the 27th with the final taking place on the 28th. Both series will be a best of five, and the winner of the final will secure a spot at Worlds, regardless of their previous performances.

The final NA seed for Worlds will be decided at the NA LCS Regional Qualifier, which takes place between September 3rd and 5th at the NA LCS Studio in Los Angeles.

The first week of the NA LCS Summer Split kicked off with some surprising results as Spring Split champions, and MSI finalists, CLG found themselves at the bottom of the table after losing both matches. It was Immortals, Team Envy, TSM and Apex that topped the table, all going 2-0. The second week of the NA LCS starts late on Friday.
