Fez 2 announced at Horizon conference

One of the most successful indie games of recent times is getting a sequel.

(The somewhat controversial) indie developer Phil Fish used last night’s Horizon indie conference to announce Fez 2 via the trailer you can see below.

Details on supported platforms and a release date have not yet been revealed.

Fez first arrived in 2012 as a release on Xbox Live and soon hit controversy. Not only did creator Phil Fish come in for criticism after comments made in Indie Game: The Movie, but he also agitated fans when announcing that we did not intend to patch a potential game save destroying bug in the Xbox release due to the cost of doing so.

A Windows version of Fez was released last month.
