Stuart Dinsey Managing Director/Publisher

One of the most respected business journalists in the entertainment sector, Stuart Dinsey has been writing about the games industry for over 20 years.
He was the editor of original games trade weekly CTW for ten years, before leaving to set up his own company, Intent Media - launching MCV: The Market for Home Computing & Video Games in September 1998.
The magazine quickly became the dominant force in the market, and Intent Media bought and incorporated CTW in 2001.
Dinsey has written for the Sunday Times, Media Week and Marketing and is author of Games War, published in 1995.
Under his stewardship, Intent Media has developed into one of the UK's leading entertainment and technology trade publishing companies.
As well as MCV, the magazine portfolio includes PC Retail, ToyNews, Develop, Mobile Entertainment, Musical Instrument Professional and BikeBiz, plus The Sourcebook directory.
Intent Media events include the MCV Industry Excellence Awards, MCV Games Industry Pub Quiz, MCV Gamesfives Football Tournament, Games Media Awards, Develop Industry Excellence Awards and ME Awards.
