Event Description
Austin GDC 2009 presents game developers with the unique opportunity to focus on core segments of game creation in an intimate and laid-back setting native to its host city. The agenda is focused on innovation in online games, audio for games, and writing for games.This community-oriented conference features lectures, panels, tutorials and round-table discussions on topics taught by leading industry experts. In addition, the Austin Game Developers Conference Expo showcases the latest in game development tools and ground breaking platforms and services.
This year the organisers have also incorporated a Worlds in Motion summit to attract business industry professionals and an Independent Games Festival Showcase to celebrate the local indie flavour.
