Publisher reshapes executive team with new COO, director of marketing and executive producer

En Masse Entertainment appoints new CEO

En Masse Entertainment has appointed VP Chris Lee as its new CEO.

Lee has previously worked at a number of studios in the game industry, including the likes of Microsoft, EA and NCsoft, and joined MMO publisher En Masse Entertainment in 2009 as publishing VP.

As well as appointing a new chief exec, the company has hired former Nexon America VP Soo Min Park as COO, who replaces the outgoing Patrick Wyatt after leaving his position last year but remains as an external advisor.

Park will be responsible for overseeing operations including technology, localisation and production.

Ex-group marketing manager for the Halo franchise Bryan Koski meanwhile has been appointed as director of marketing, while Brian Knox, who oversaw the development of TERA in North America, has been promoted to executive producer.

“The additions to our management team are all about building the foundation for a strong future in 2013 and beyond,” said Lee.

“Publishing games in today’s marketplace requires a group of leaders with diverse backgrounds in order to succeed. Now, En Masse is in an even better position to bring fun and innovative games to players.”
