Location: London, UK
Venue: Chelsea Football Club

Event Description

The second annual London Social Gaming Summit is a two-day conference focused on the intersection of gaming, immersive worlds, and social networking.

Games are one of the most popular activities within social networks and game developers are spending more energy figuring out how to successfully build compelling social interaction into the games they are developing. Social Gaming Summit unites leaders in free-to-play games, social networking, and payments infrastructure for two full days of talks and panels on the convergence of gaming and the social web.

Speakers already on board include David Gardner (London Venture Partners), Dan Borthwick (playfish/EA), Christian Hernandez Gallrdo (Facebook), Owais Farooqui (Atari), Richard Firminger (Flurry), Hussein Chahine (Yazino), Peter Hofstede (Spil Games), Dan Keegan (OpenFeint), Nicholas Lovell (Gamesbrief) and Dan Mayers (We R Interactive).

A networking party is also scheduled for the evening of Monday 14th at Frankie’s Bar in Stamford Bridge, hosted by Platinum Sponsor Yazino.

A Gold Passport, including access to all sessions and the cocktail reception, cost £450, with discounts available for groups. A one-day pass costs £350. Press can attend for free.

MCV readers can get a 15 per cent discount on the price of tickets by applying the following code to their order – MCV15.
