OPM are working with a highly successful Online Developer and Publisher that is expanding exponentially, and the team of outstanding, engaged professionals is growing with it. They are looking for a Community Manager to work on their free to play strategy MMO so if your talent and abilities would make a valuable contribution to our client's future, we'd love to hear from you!
As a member of my clients Community Management team you will be responsible for building and running our community.
In cooperation with Product Marketing, you develop a communication strategy geared to the target group of your game.
As a Community Manager, you proactively seek dialogue with the players; you inform, listen, prepare the community’s feedback and deliver input to the developers.
You take responsibility for communication via all community-channels (boards, Social Media, blogs) and keep players, support agents and moderators up to date.
You will work closely with the international team.
You will manage the entertainment of your community – online (events, contests, surveys, podcasts…) as well as offline (focus groups, player councils).
You are the focal point for my clients PR, Marketing, Social Media and CRM departments as well as for fan sites.
You have experience in Community Management or as game admin.
You have excellent knowledge of German, as well as written and spoken English.
You have excellent communication skills, organizing ability and consider yourself a team player.
You have an affinity for PC games and ideally close experience with Hack&Slay / Action MMORPGs.
You are confident dealing with Social Media.
A proven track record in a similar position is a must!
