Batman Arkham Origins developer planning two new DC Comics games

WB Games Montreal is looking to return to the world of comic book spin-offs.

The Batman Arkham Origins studio has posted a job listing on its recruitment site revealing its plans for at least a couple of new titles based on the work of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman publisher DC Comics. (Well spotted, Eurogamer.)

"We are a growing studio with two triple-A projects in development focused on expanding the DC Comics universe in the interactive space,” the ad reads.

The outlet has remained largely quiet since the 2013 release of Origins, which was considered separate from Rocksteady’s trilogy of Arkham games – Asylum, City and this year’s Knight.

Rocksteady has already been vocal about Arkham Knight serving as its farewell to the Batman franchise, but WB Games Montreal revealed back in 2011 that it had ideas for several DC spin-off games in the future.
