Ivan Buchta and Martin Pezlar have been freed on bail and are free to return home to the Czech Republic.
The Bohemia Interactive developers were arrested in September after being accused of scouting a military base on the island of Lemnos to aid in the development of Arma III – charges they have repeatedly denied.
They were imprisoned for a total of 128 days.
Czech Prime Minister Petr Ne?as has expressed his gratitude to Greek PM Antonis Samaras for his assistance in the matter.
The pair, however, still face trial over the allegations.
