German browser games developer InnoGames has appointed co-founder Hendrik Klindworth as the new CEO of the company.
In a major board re-structure, Eike Klindworth will now take on the role of chief creative officer, while Michael Zillmer has been named as chief operating officer.
InnoGames chairman Gerhard Florin meanwhile has been made executive chairman and will now have more responsibility over strategic business decisions.
Chief financial officer Armin Busen and CMO Volker Dressel make up the rest of the board.
“Our major goal is to maintain the agility of a start-up in a dynamically growing company,” said Hendrik Klindworth. “This is a huge challenge and the new management structure shall significantly contribute to master it.”
