Codemasters launches its own digital store

UK publisher Codemasters has become the latest publisher to begin selling its titles directly to consumers.

As spotted by PCGamesN, the store doesn’t currently titles from any other publishers – in contrast to the likes of EA and Ubisoft who are happy to sell titles from rivals on Origin and Uplay respectively.

Most titles appear to be half price, with discounts on Grid 2 (9.99), Dirt Showdown (9.99), Dirt 3 (11.49) and F1 2014 (14.99). Purchases are delivered by a Steam activation code.

The selection appears also to be quite limited for the time being, with notable absentees including the Overlord games and the Operation Flashpoint series.
