Dennis Publishing took home the grand prize at the MCV and Xbox 360 Industry Pub Quiz last night.
The team of media darlings beat the joint champs of the last quiz, Sainsbury’s and HMV. For the first time, the event took place at London’s Sway Bar in Holborn.
With 52 points, Dennis trumped joint second placed Koch and co-host Microsoft (49 points each), and third placed Future Publishing (48).
Turner and HMV made it to joint fourth, followed by (in order) Sainsbury’s, a joint sixth for Amazon, Feref, and AGI Media, then Ubisoft, 505 Games, Maverick and ShopTo.net
As always, round sponsors offered top ‘Spot Prizes’ throughout the night, with 505 Games, Ubisoft, Ben 10, iPod Shuffles, Scene It and other prizes taken home by teams including HMV, Maverick and Feref.
