E3 2014: Day One News Round-Up

Day one of E3 2014 has been and gone and certainly gave everyone plenty to talk about.

We saw Microsoft keep it all about the games in the battle for Christmas. Sony unveiled its ambitious plans for the next six months and beyond. EA rolled out the big guns with Battlefield, FIFA and Mass Effect. And Ubisoft showed off what is arguably its strongest ever line-up.
