Everybody Plays launches The Game Finder

The UK family games site has launched a new tool to help parents find the games most suitable for their children.

Dubbed The Game Finder, the new feature allows parents to submit a variety of criteria such as their child’s age, choice of console and level of questionable content. The result is a filtered list of the games most fitting for their child.

Everybody Plays views the tool as an essential one for parents wanting extra guidance when selecting game for their children, particularly throughout the Christmas period as the latest releases top kids’ wish lists.

We know first hand how tough it can be buying games for children. The information on the box is never enough to let you judge whether your child will actually be able to play. Whether it’s having complex controls, or just too much reading, we’ve heard many a story of disappointed children on Christmas morning, because they simply can’t play their brand new game," said Everybody Plays’ deputy editor Sarah Hadley.

"The parents among our audience have been crying out for a better way to find the right games for their kids, and The Game Finder will make things so much easier."
