First PES 2011 DLC detailed

With PES 2011 hitting retail shelves in the UK today, Konami has confirmed that it will release the first online update for the title on October 12th.

Primarily the patch will update the rosters of every team in the game, bringing the squads up to date with the latest transfers from the summer.

Other features include updates to the Champions League selection, meaning the in-game version of the club competition will now directly mirror the teams that qualified for the real tournament this year.

Additionally, a number of kits have been updated and four more licensed teams have been added to the line-up. Also included are three new wallpapers featuring the game’s cover star Lionel Messi.

Further updates are promised throughout the year.
