Former Bioshock devs form indie studio

Three industry vets who share heavy involvement in the creation and development of the Bioshock series have formed indie studio The Fullbright Company.

Steve Gaynor, writer and lead designer of BioShock 2 DLC Minerva’s Den, joins Minerva’s Den assistant director and graphic artist Karla Zimonja and programmer Johnnemann Nordhagen in co-founding the company.

"We missed working on a small team, on a small project, focused on telling a personal story in a player-driven way," Gaynor states in a post on the company’s blog. "We wanted to do that again."

The aim of the team is ‘simply to make a great game’, one that is nonviolent with ‘immersive places to inhabit.’

"We’re working on a firstperson noncombat game for PC all about exploring a place & discovering what happened there,” Gaynor went on to share via Twitter.

No more info beyond that in regards to the unannounced title.
