Leading finance company American Express has teamed up with Xbox Live for a first of its kind promo offer.
American Express cardholders will be offered the opportunity to unlock content, offers and experiences by syncing their eligible Cards with Xbox Live”.
Members will be able to access their AMEX presence” on Xbox Live to access shopping discounts. Signing up will also reward users with 10 free credit. Also offered are credit refunds on purchases from a number of retailers including Carphone Warehouse, Cineworld, Dixons and Topman.
There will be specific offers for players of Halo 4, who once synced will be able to unlock special offers by reaching certain in-game milestones.
For example, complete a Spartan Ops mission on any difficulty and you’ll get 25 back on any 50 purchase at Currys PC World. Complete the campaign on normal or harder and 25 will be credited to your card.
Furthermore become the first to complete the solo campaign on Legendary and you’ll win a trip to E3 2013.
