IO Interactive has movedto a new studio in Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen.
The Hitman developer describes this new office, which features an on-site motion capture studio, as ‘open, bright and ultra-modern’. Table-football tournaments and arcade machines are also amongst the perks, the firm revealed.
IO also unveiled a new, fully adaptable logo (pictured below).
Studio head Hannes Seifert commented: IO has always been a studio that creates unique and interesting games. It comes from the idea that we want our games to play and feel like the people that create them. Our new studio is the perfect place to continue doing that. It’s an energetic, high-tech and exciting place to work that has been created specifically for our needs as an ambitious development studio.
Our new logo is fresh, contemporary and expresses our creativity, ambition and passion.”
IO Interactive’s Hitman released in episodic format earlier this year, after changing plans a couple of times – a choice that ‘proved sceptics wrong’, the developer recently stated.
