Journey dominates GDC Awards; Cart Life tops IGF

Both the Game Developers Choice Awards and Independent Games Festival held their ceremonies last night at GDC in San Francisco, and – to little surprise – thatgamecompany’s Journey has again hogged all the accolades.

Already a winner (or at least nominee) of every other relevant industry award out there over the past year, the PSN darling won big again. The independent studio wore a path to the podium, accepting victories in six GDCA categories – including Best Downloadable Game and Game of the Year.
