E3 is back and MCV will be there to cover first hand every major announcement from LA.
From June 11th to 13th, we’ll be nestling down in the office to give around the clock coverage of all the big-name press conferences and reveals.
To be sure not to miss anything, here's our guide to the UK times for the major press conference at E3 this year.
Konami: Today 6:00pm (UK time)
Konami is unveiling more about PES 2014, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain at its third annual pre-E3 presentation tonight.
Microsoft: Monday June 10th 5:30pm (UK time)
Microsoft kicks off the run of press conferences with a lot to prove. We can expect a plethora of new IP and first party Xbox One titles as well as more info on the capabilities of the machine itself.
EA: Monday June 10th 9:00pm (UK time)
The spotlight looks set to be on FIFA 14, Battlefield 4 and Need for Speed with a rumoured Mirror’s Edge 2 announcement to boot. There will also be more on upcoming EA Sports games and a chance of something from EA on the Star Wars partnership with Disney.
Ubisoft: Monday June 10th 11:00pm (UK time)
Ubisoft stole the show at last year’s event. Watch Dogs sparked a Twitter frenzy during its ten-minute on-stage demonstration and the firm will hope lighting strikes twice in LA. Other titles joining Watch Dogs in the Ubisoft line up is Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Splinter Cell Blacklist and Rayman Legends.
Sony: Tuesday June 10th 2:00am (UK time)
Who needs sleep? Sony will show off the look of the PS4 along with more news and demonstrations of PS4-exclusive titles. The conference will also reveal more about new Vita titles and, as with all of the conferences, lets not rule out some surprises. Could Uncharted 4 or Half Life 3 make an appearance? Either way, it makes 2:00 AM look a lot less daunting.
Nintendo Direct: Tuesday June 11th 3:00pm (UK time)
Whilst not hosting a press conference at the event this year, there will also be a Nintendo Direct to give Wii U consumers something to smile about. It’s expected to shed light on a 3D Mario title, Zelda: Wind Waker, Mario Kart and Smash Brothers.
