Microsoft responds to The Wolf Among Us download woes

The publisher has replied to concerns of users unable to access content.

Microsoft has sent out download codes for Episode Two of The Wolf Among Us on Xbox Live to Season Pass holders.

Many Xbox 360 users were disappointed to find that their Season Passes were not working and that they were unable to download Episode Two for free as promised.

Some bought the episode in the hope that the fee would be waived, but were disappointed to find out they were still being charged the 3.99.

And it seems that The Wolf Among Us was not the only title affected.

Tellate said: "We are aware of the issue on Xbox Live Marketplace affecting Season Pass owners of The Wolf Among Us where the user is still prompted to purchase Episode 2 even though they own the Season Pass.

"There appears to be an issue on Xbox Live affecting multiple titles with DLC offerings and Microsoft is actively working to resolve the issue. We apologise for the inconvenience and are hopeful it will be resolved soon."
