Microsoft has confirmed that its new Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter will be released in the UK on November 20th.
The platform holder also told Eurogamer that the device will cost 59.99 – the same price as the current wi-fi adapter that has been available since the console’s launch.
The difference? The new dongle is compatible with the 802.11n wi-fi standard that is able to receive data at an eye-watering 300Mbps. This compares to the theoretical 54Mpbs upper-limit of the 802.11g compatible adapter currently available.
