New Star Wars game incoming

A brand new entry in the video games Star Games saga is set to be unveiled in a few weeks time at the Spike Video Game Awards 2009, according to the channel’s host Geoff Keighley via Twitter.

Nothing more is known of the game as of yet, though the teaser trailer looks more than a little reminiscent of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Considering the great success that game proved to be, a sequel is surely inevitable at some point.

The Video Games Awards 2009 will also bring the first ever official glimpse of Bungie’s Halo: Reach. The VGAs take place on December 8th.
