Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 specs leaked

A third graphics card in the Nvidia GTX 700 range will be released later this month.

An announcement is apparently scheduled for June 25th, VideoCardz.com reports.

Having recently unveiled both the GTX 780 and GTX 770, the new GTX 760 will be pitched as a replacement for the current GTX 660 Ti and will indeed replace said card in the GeForce lineup.

It packs a stock clock of 980MHz and a boost clock of 1033MHz. The basic card will pack 2GB of GDDR5 memory although vendors will also be offering 4GB variants later down the line.

Performance wise it is likely to rival AMD’s 7950 Boost.

With the 780 retailing for 550+ and the 770 costing 350, expect the 760 to cost anything between 225-250.

Furthermore, the 760 will apparently be the last Nvidia GPU launch until right at the end of the year when the GTX 790 – effectively two 780s on the same board – will make an appearance.
