Early buyers of Microsoft’s upcoming FPS Halo 3: ODST will be rewarded with a code that will let them unlock multiplayer character Sergeant Avery Junior Johnson.
Bungie’s prequel shooter now boasts a full-length single-player campaign depicting the events leading up to Halo 3, all of which will be playable co-operatively across Xbox Live.
Also included in SKU is a second disc including all previously released Halo 3 multiplayer maps, previously available on Xbox Live, as well as three brand new maps. In total 24 will come on the disc.
Don’t forget, too, that Halo 3: ODST buyers will also be getting exclusive access to the upcoming multiplayer beta of the still mysterious Halo: Reach, which is not due out until autumn next year.
Furthermore, Microsoft has now officially confirmed the recently raised price of the game – it will cost 39.99 in the UK and carry a PEGI 16+ age rating.
Halo 3: ODST will be released on Xbox 360 on September 22nd for a nearly full-price 39.99.
