This is an exceptional opportunity to join THQ and will require someone with appropriate games experience, man management skills and gravitas expected of someone knocking on the door of Directorship. This role is pivotal within the organization and will be responsible for balancing excellent local market strategy, timely planning & execution with shared best practices, communication and coordination across Europe.

This roles primary objectives are as follows:

Working with the Marketing Director – UK & Europe to oversee the timely development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and execution directly into the UK marketplace
Drive excellent communication and coordination of marketing strategies with THQ offices throughout Europe
In-line with company objectives, devise and execute marketing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Take full responsibility for day to day management of the Marketing team including budgeting and driving key objectives.
