State of Decay heading to Xbox One in 2015

A definitive version of Undead Labs’ open world zombie game State of Decay will launch on Xbox One next year, publisher Microsoft has announced.

A post on Xbox Wire reveals the new version will include the original game in 1080p, along with previously released DLC and some unspecified new content as well.

The State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition will include the original State of Decay, now running in glorious 1080p, previously released Add-on packs Breakdown and Lifeline, as well as some entirely new content,” the post reads.

Undead Labs will reveal more on the new content closer to release, and you’ll read about it here when they do.”

State of Decay debuted on Xbox Live in 2013, moving 500,000 copies in just two weeks’ time. It launched on Steam for Windows PC in September of that year, and crossed 1m total sales the following month.
