Super Evil Megacorp and Twitch have announced that the Vainglory Spring Season Championships for North America and Europe will be held in Hollywood and Berlin respectively.
The North American Spring Season Finals will take place at the Avalon in Hollywood, California between June 3rd and 5th. Defending champions Team SoloMid will return for the LAN event with the likes of Hammers esports, Nemesis Hydra and Noble esports trying to take the crown away from them.
The European Spring Season Finals will take place a week later in Berlin’s Admiralspalast. Reigning two time European champions Team Secret will return between June 10th – 12th, with old rivals G2 Esports, SK Gaming and mousesports all trying to finally bring them down.
Thanks to the new partnership between Super Evil Megacorp and Twitch the event will be streamed exclusively on Twitch, with the streaming companies dedicated Vainglory team being a key part of the execution of the event. This should help boost the viewer numbers, which have been rapidly increasing as it is, well above the 1.5 million mark that was reached at the last live event.
Anyone that attends the events in person will be able to walk away with day-specific Vainglory swag as well as some in game items and even the possibility of unlocking a free hero at the end of the weekend. You can grab tickets for the Berlin event right here.
