It’s not hard to see the inspiration provided by Nintendo’s Pokemon in the latest video from hip hop star Snoop Lion.
As spotted by Kotaku, the video for Get Away is a direct homage to Nintendo’s handheld Pokemon series, although it also goes on to ape the graphical style popularised by side-scrolling 8-bit shooters.
