Vote for your games industry charities

Industry body GamesAid is asking members to vote for the charities it will support this year.

Nine charities are in the running, all of which generate less than 5m in turnover per year. Voting closes on October 21st. The final few will receive at least 20,000 and be revealed at the UKIE annual general meeting on Friday, November 4th.

Once again the GamesAid members have nominated a fantastic and diverse range of charities – all more than worthy of this year’s donations,” GamesAid trustee Caroline Miller told MCV.We are proud to be associated with such fantastic causes and we encourage our membership to vote so that the partnership charities democratically reflect our industry’s wishes.”

To vote, visit the GamesAid website, log in and head to the members section. It is free to become a member.
