All next month, MCV will be taking an in-depth look at the UK’s independent retail sector.

We will be showcasing the best newcomers, the fastest-growing companies, the hottest websites and the innovators that are holding their own against competition from larger retailers – all as part of our annual Indie Retail Month, in association with Gem.

Rounding off these specials is a comprehensive map of the UK, charting the locations of all indie retailers. We will also be exploring the many aspects indies need to take into account when setting up new stores.
