Retail has dropped Nintendo’s Wii U to an all-time low in an effort to inject some momentum into the console.
GameStop.co.uk is offering the Premium 32GB version for just £244.97 for this weekend only. That’s a price drop of £55.
The news comes after Amazon yesterday slashed the price of the Premium console to £249 and the Basic to £199, mirroring similar price drops at Asda earlier this month.
There is no evidence yet that these promotions have had a positive impact on the system’s UK sales, which continue to struggle.
