Steam Greenlight has attracted 3,195 games since its launch less than a month ago.
Speaking at indie event Fantastic Arcade, as reported by Joystiq, Valve employees presented statistics showing that almost one million users had also participated in voting.
In total, nearly ten million votes have been cast to date.
As well as more than 3,000 games being successfully submitted, 1,110 titles have been banned from the community voting service.
Valve launched Steam Greenlight on August 31st to help streamline the approval process for developers to get their games on the digital distribution platform.
Ten projects have already been greenlit to appear on the service such as Half-Life remake Black Mesa, Project Zomboid and Dream.
