The LEGO Movie video game hits Xbox One, PS4

A tie-in to the upcoming LEGO Movie is in the works, and marks the franchises debut on next generation consoles.

The LEGO Movie Videogame (yep, that’s the title) arrives next year on Xbox One, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360, PC, Vita, 3DS and PS3. It is being created by the masters of LEGO gaming, TT Games.

"We’re thrilled to be able to give kids the joy of reliving Emmet’s adventures in becoming virtual Master Builders with The Lego Movie Videogame,” said Tom Stone, Managing Director, TT Games Publishing.

Players will be taking on the ultimate mission to save the LEGO world and use their virtual building prowess to build unimaginable sets and creations.”

As you’d expect from a LEGO game, consumers can build huge LEGO creations, with 90 characters and 15 levels.
