Real Boxing dev offering marketing support, user acquisition and more

Vivid Games launches mobile publishing division

Polish studio Vivid Games has become the latest developer to expand into publishing, helping fellow mobile devs bring their games to market.

Officially launched at the recent Game Connection Europe networking event in Paris, Vivid Games Publishing will focus on free-to-play games from studios around the world, with plans to publish its first titles next year.

Developers that sign up to Vivid Games Publishing will gain access to marketing support, user acquisition, community support and other publishing operations. Vivid also claims it will be able to help with app store positioning.

The studio will also share some of its tools and technology, including a cross-platform multiplayer solution, analytics and a content delivery network.

“Thanks to years of presence on the market, Vivid Games has gained substantial experience in publishing, including the successful self-publishing of Real Boxing,” said CEO Remigiusz Koscielny.

“Moving into publishing is the next natural step for us to take. Our mission is to bring the best free-to-play mobile games targeted at the mid-core audience, which also ideally have a strong emphasis on competitive play.

“We provide only first-class high-quality support – the same we give to our own games. That is why we will be launching just a few carefully hand-picked titles a year.”
