A week ago, we at PlayMob partnered with the Madison, WI based game developer PerBlue who produce the hugely popular MMORPG game

The partnership encourages charitable fundraising through a virtual soup can helmet sold in the game. 

800 helmets have been sold in only one week, this will give food for 2400 children in the Marsabit district in North Kenya. 

The "Alliance of Good" is a UK - US initiative aimed at demonstrating how games can make a change, how charitable campaigns and a proactive attitude to support causes, can make a great difference to people´s lives. 

Playmob works with different game developers and charities to create awareness and promote doing good through games.
