ALL NEW TARZAN ACTION ADVENTURE SWINGS ONTO MOBILE DEVICES

LOS ANGELES, CA - November 13, 2012 - Leading digital entertainment publisher Legacy Games today announced plans to bring the legendary character and stories of Edgar Rice Burrough's Tarzan to digital games in honor of Tarzan's 100 year anniversary.  Tarzan Unleashed, a new side-scrolling action adventure, is scheduled for release on iOS and Android devices in spring 2013.

"Legacy is excited to bring the rich Tarzan universe to life for a whole new generation of fans," said Ariella Lehrer, CEO of Legacy Games.  "Tarzan's adventures are a natural for touch-screen mobile devices. As Tarzan, players will climb, jump, swing and slide through the tree tops of lush jungle environments, steep mountains and dense metropolitan landscapes, dodging enemies, doing battle and performing rescues."

In Tarzan Unleashed, players assume the role of Tarzan, fending off dinosaurs, savage jungle creatures and monsters.  Offering an extended range of vertical play, players will be able to climb to the tops of the highest tree to grab the best vine.  In addition to deep exploration, the layered gameplay also includes fighting and shooting elements.  In the final “boss” levels of each chapter, Tarzan will do battle from atop lions and elephants, aiming his spears at giant, mythical adversaries.
