Angels Online: Experience the Natural Beauty of Wave Harbor

For many years the Angels Online fantasy MMORPG has packed fun and excitement in a 2D anime-style environment bursting with dazzling effects and cool features. Frequent expansions offer new challenges and quests for those who seek adventure. For instance, why not take a well-deserved vacation to the shores of Wave Harbor? We promise it will be a seaside holiday you won’t soon forget!

Far from the dangers of monster-infested battlegrounds, your journey will take you south of Palm Base and through a curtain of coconuts to a warm and tropical getaway. Featuring golden beaches and the mysteries of the ocean, Wave Harbor is a perfect place to plan an activity or spend a day.

The shallows here are a natural magnet for new divers looking to test their skills before braving deeper waters. Nestled between Palm Base and Atlantis, the natural landscape is punctuated by rocks of all shapes and sizes. To most divers, these rocks act as both a safety net and a challenge. Though popular among divers, ship captains fear drifting too close to the islands and their rocky protection. Puncture holes in a ship’s hull can be a serious impediment to staying afloat! Throughout the centuries, shipwrecks have piled up under the layers of dirt and dust. The broken skeletons of these ships are a reminder of the hidden dangers of the shoreline.

Wave Harbor is where the land and sea meet and mingle. The westbound warm ocean currents bring life to the depths, encouraging the growth of coral reefs. Aided by this natural barrier, colonies of small fish thrive as sharks and other large fish are kept at bay. The perfect harmony of these elements makes Wave Harbor a haven for many species.

In addition to many specimens of fish, underwater vegetation also grows in abundance. This is good news for production classes. Some spend long hours camping and wading in waist-deep water, painstakingly extracting Bloody Algas, a common grass used as a key ingredient in making potions and salves, as well as food. Another production attraction is the Wanderer Den, found in large quantities near the coastlines of Wave Harbor.

Close to the northeastern regions, the famous Explorer Eye Eric stands gazing out at the ocean. Eric has been troubled by a recent spate of Mermaid problems. If you don’t mind wiping out a certain quantity of mermaids (not an easy feat for any adventurer below Level 75), the rewards for this repeatable quest are well worth the effort. For new adventurers, this is a good way to farm for honor.

Wave Harbor may sound idyllic, but it does have dangers. Besides the Mermaids, another predatory fish stalks these dangerous waters. The natives call it the“Scale Fish” for its thick and scaly armor and naturally hardened defenses. There is also the“Ball Jellyfish,” a cute-looking monster that will fire devastating blasts of magic at unwary adventurers.

With so much to do and so many places to explore, it’s no wonder Angels Online has remained one of the most active games around, with a strong, growing community.
