Montreuil (France), February 7th. Anuman Interactive has signed an agreement with the Canadian publisher Meridian 4 for the European distribution of the video game Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals, further consolidating its adventure-game catalogue.
Released for the first time in France at the end of 2008, Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals is adapted from the graphic-novel trilogy created by Enki Bilal. The game takes its inspiration from the original book and is aimed primarily at adventure video game enthusiasts and comic book fans.
Anuman Interactive today announced the signing of an agreement with the Canadian publisher Meridian 4 for the re-release of Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals in France and across Europe as a whole, in physical format and as a download.
Discussing the agreement, Alain Milly, Anuman Interactive’s Publishing Director, said: “’Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals’ is a great adventure video game and we are delighted to have it in the Anuman Interactive catalogue, under the Microïds brand. This acquisition also ties in with our long-term strategy to become a major global player in the adventure video game market. We are convinced the product will reconnect with gamers in stores and on the net.”
The game will be reissued in France and Europe in March 2012.
