Batman: Arkham City Named as MCM Expo London Comic Con Title Sponsor

28-30 OCTOBER – EXCEL LONDON – ROYAL VICTORIA DOCK

The Dark Knight returns to MCM Expo this October as Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment’s Batman: Arkham City is announced as the title sponsor of the next London Comic Con.

Visitors to the 28-30 October show, which celebrates the very best in pop culture entertainment, will also get to try out the much-anticipated Batman: Arkham City at the Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment stand.

Scheduled for released on Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Games for Windows PC on 21 October, Batman: Arkham City is the sequel to the award-winning Batman: Arkham Asylum, which wowed visitors when it was shown at MCM Expo London Comic Con back in 2009.

Published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, developed by Rocksteady Studios and based on DC Comics’ core Batman license , Batman: Arkham City builds upon the intense, atmospheric foundation of Batman: Arkham Asylum, sending players soaring into Arkham City, the new maximum security “home” for all of Gotham City’s thugs, gangsters and insane criminal masterminds. Set inside the heavily fortified walls of a sprawling district in the heart of Gotham City, this highly anticipated sequel introduces a brand-new story that draws together a new all-star cast of classic characters and murderous villains from the Batman universe, as well as a vast range of new and enhanced gameplay features to deliver the ultimate experience as the Dark Knight.

MCM Expo is proud to have Batman: Arkham City as the title sponsor for the London Comic Con, the UK’s home of games, movies, comics, anime and sci-fi.
