Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter Now on Android

June 13, 2012: Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter, a lifelike hunting sim by  Tatem Games today celebrates two years since its launch on iTunes AppStore. During this time Carnivores series have gathered over 6 million downloads on Apple mobile devices. Coincidentally, Android version of the game has become available today on Google Play and Amazon marketplaces.

Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter for Android is free to download and play, with two additional content bundles that can be unlocked through in-app purchases. Graphics have been optimized to benefit from Android devices’ screen specifications. Tablet owners are invited to download the HD version at the same price (no price at all!). Amazon HD version is specifically fitted for Amazon Kindle Fire. Achievements are powered by OpenFeint.

Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter is a decade-old franchise of non-linear hunting games. The player gets to choose between five huge 3D maps and over 15 dinosaurs. Creatures that vary from harmless herbivores to the dreadful T-Rex can smell, hear and even attack the hunter if he is not being careful enough. Luckily, there are camouflage and cover scent at hand to help with hunting or camera to enjoy the wildlife in photo mode. Those not interested in lifelike experience can enjoy the shoot-them-all survival mode.
