Macclesfield, U.K. – January 12, 2012 – Chillingo, Universal Partnerships & Licensing and Tintash today announced that the official ‘Woody Woodpecker’ iOS mobile game is now available on the iTunes App Store for iPhone®, iPod touch®and iPad™.
Developed by Tintash and based on the classic animated cartoon characters by Walter Lantz, the game stars Woody Woodpecker and his famous pals in a fun-filled comic-racing caper. Featuring a whimsical soundtrack by renowned composer David Ari Leon, intuitive game controls, and a Wi-Fi based multiplayer mode that enables gamers to compete against each other globally, the game is sure to delight fans of all ages.
