Foundation Games Announces Dropple, a New Accelerometer Based Puzzle Platformer

AUSTIN, Texas – November 26, 2012 – Foundation Games, makers of acclaimed Apple Game of the Week – Lumi, announces the release of their long awaited accelerometer based puzzle Platformer for iOS, Dropple.

In Dropple, players guide a drop of water granted mysterious powers to incessantly bounce from his garden tap home to the Sky Sanctuary and beyond. Along the way, players progress through over 170 visually stunning levels set to an ethereal soundtrack. However, an array of hazards wait to thwart Dropple’s mission, including spikes, fire, lasers, and more.

In addition to avoiding obstacles, players collect as many Golden Droplets in as few bounces as possible to achieve a maximum of three stars. The greater the number of stars earned, the greater the reward to exchange for power-ups. The Invincibility Shield makes Dropple impervious to hazards for a time, while the Magnet attracts those hard-to-reach Droplets for a higher score. There is also the ability to rewind time to get another chance at difficult moves and avoid restarting a level from the beginning.

Challenge mode coming soon, in which players can share high scores to compete with friends. Players can also look forward to new levels, power-ups, and character skins!
